1. Introduction
Welcome to The Mechanical Company App (“the App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the App immediately.
2. Use of the App
The App is provided to help you request services, manage maintenance, and interact with The Mechanical Company. You agree to use the App in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:
Keeping your account information accurate and up to date.
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
The Mechanical Company is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
4. Service Requests and Payments
All service requests made through the App are subject to acceptance by The Mechanical Company.
Payment for services must be made through the payment methods available in the App.
Prices and service availability are subject to change without notice.
You are responsible for any charges incurred through the App, including applicable taxes and fees.
By accepting these Terms, you authorize The Mechanical Company to proceed with any necessary repairs up to $2,000 without additional approval.
For repairs exceeding $2,000, we will provide a quote for approval before proceeding, unless the urgency of the situation requires immediate action to prevent further damage or service disruption.
By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on behalf of yourself and any staff associated with the business you represent.
5. Intellectual Property
All content within the App, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of The Mechanical Company or its licensors. You may not:
Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the App’s content without prior written consent.
Use any trademarks, logos, or proprietary information from the App without permission.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the App’s source code.
Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Mechanical Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to:
Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.
Service interruptions or loss of data.
Unauthorized access to or use of your account.
Your use of the App is at your own risk.
