Store systems we service
Everything below is equipment our technicians diagnose, repair and maintain in supermarkets, fresh markets, specialty grocers and convenience retail. If your system is not listed, call — it probably is.
- Store refrigeration
- Store HVAC & humidity
- Factory-authorized equipment
- Pumps, heat exchangers & heating
Store refrigeration
The central plant and every case it feeds — the systems that protect your inventory.
-
Parallel rack systems
Medium- and low-temperature compressor racks: compressors, oil systems, suction groups, controls and load balancing.
-
CO₂ transcritical & subcritical systems
CO₂ (R-744) booster racks and cascade systems, gas coolers, high-pressure controls and oil management.
-
Distributed & scroll condensing units
Remote and self-contained condensing units serving individual cases and walk-ins.
-
Rooftop condensers
Air-cooled and evaporative condensers, fan cycling and head-pressure controls.
-
Multideck & open display cases
Dairy, deli, produce and meat multidecks: coils, fans, air curtains, defrost and lighting.
-
Glass-door reach-in cases
Frozen and refrigerated door cases: door gaskets, anti-sweat heaters, frames, fans and controls.
-
Island & coffin freezers
Open-top frozen food islands and bunkers: defrost, drains, coils and air flow.
-
Service cases
Deli, meat, seafood and bakery service counters, including gravity-coil and forced-air cases.
-
Walk-in coolers & freezers
Back-room and sales-floor walk-ins: evaporators, doors, defrost, drains and temperature holding.
-
Prep & cutting rooms
Meat and produce prep rooms held at food-safety temperatures with the right humidity and air flow.
-
Case & rack controls (EMS)
Case controllers, rack controllers, energy management systems, alarms and remote monitoring.
-
Defrost systems
Electric, hot-gas and off-cycle defrost: timing, termination and the ice and drain problems a bad cycle causes.
-
Anti-sweat & door heaters
Door and frame heaters, anti-sweat controls and the condensation they prevent.
-
Glycol & secondary loops
Secondary-coolant systems, pumps, heat exchangers and loop issues on medium-temperature cases.
-
Ice machines
Produce misting ice, seafood ice and self-serve bagged ice machines.
-
Refrigerant leak detection & compliance
Leak checks, repairs, recovery and the records that ODP regulations and auditors ask for.
Store HVAC & humidity
Store temperature and humidity are refrigeration problems too: humid air is what frosts coils and fogs doors.
-
Rooftop units
Gas/electric and heat-pump rooftop units serving the sales floor, back room and offices.
-
Dehumidification & humidity control
Desiccant and refrigerant dehumidification that keeps cases, doors and floors dry.
-
Heat reclaim
Reclaiming compressor heat from the rack for store heating and water heating.
-
Exhaust hoods, make-up air & exhaust
Kitchen, bakery and deli hoods and exhaust fans with matching make-up air.
-
Air curtains at entrances
Entrance air curtains that keep conditioned air in and humidity out.
-
Building automation & controls
Thermostats, EMS integration, schedules and alarms for HVAC and refrigeration together.
Line down? Dispatch is one call away, 24/7.
Pumps, heat exchangers & heating
The supporting systems behind the plant.
-
Glycol & condenser water pumps
Pumps on secondary loops and fluid coolers: seals, motors, VFDs and alignment.
-
Plate heat exchangers
Heat-reclaim and secondary-loop exchangers: cleaning, re-gasketing and inspection.
-
Unit heaters & back-room heating
Receiving, back-room and warehouse heating.
-
Boilers & hydronic heating
Where the store heats with hot water: boilers, loops and controls.

Straight answers before you call.
Anything else? Call 1-888-371-1161 — a person answers.
Do you service supermarket rack refrigeration systems?
Yes. We service parallel compressor racks, CO₂ transcritical and subcritical systems, condensing units and rooftop condensers, together with case and rack controllers and energy management systems.
Can you respond to a refrigeration failure overnight?
Yes. We dispatch 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. Call 1-888-371-1161; a technician is assigned immediately and we prioritize restoring temperature before product is lost.
What display cases do you repair?
Multideck and open cases, glass-door reach-in cases, island and coffin freezers, deli, meat, seafood and bakery service cases, and the walk-in coolers and freezers behind them — including defrost, door and anti-sweat heater issues.
Do you also service store HVAC?
Yes. Rooftop units, dehumidification, heat reclaim, make-up air and exhaust, air curtains and building controls. Humidity control matters for refrigeration performance, so we treat the two as one system.
Do you service in-store bakery and deli equipment?
We service Rational combi ovens as an authorized service partner and Manitowoc ice machines as a factory authorized service partner, along with the refrigeration, exhaust hoods and make-up air in those departments. We do not service other cooking equipment.
Do you offer maintenance programs for grocery stores?
Yes. Scheduled coil cleaning, refrigerant and oil checks, defrost verification, door and gasket inspection, controls calibration and rooftop HVAC maintenance, with a written report and photos after every visit.
